About Speaker

Janina Conboye is a writer and editor on the FT's Work and Careers team. An experienced journalist working across desktop, mobile and print, she has been at the FT for 11 years with experience across news, features and FT Weekend magazine.

Day to day she writes, commissions and edits features for the Work and Careers desk, but also writes for other sections, such as Special reports. She has also produced or co-produced other content projects, such as the 'How to Kick Start Your Career' video series.
