About Speaker
Marcy Levy is an Adolescent Development Manager with the Adolescent Development and Participation (ADAP) section at UNICEF HQ, with a focus on mental health, parenting of adolescents, adolescent pregnancy and adolescent caregivers, and youth-led advocacy. Marcy has over 20 years of experience working throughout Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean on adolescent development, HIV and SRH, child protection, gender-based violence, partnerships and resource mobilization. Prior to joining UNICEF, she worked with John Snow, Inc. (JSI) as Co-Director for the JSI/World Education Center for HIV and Infectious Diseases and Senior HIV Advisor; and with a number of international and local organizations in various leadership roles. Marcy has a Masters degree in Population and International Health from the Harvard School of Public Health.
