Prior to that, she worked across APAC and EMEA in business development for Bloomberg and the New York Times.

    She has a strong background in growing businesses across platforms, regions and industries and leveraging connections in diverse media environments in order to maximize opportunity and drive growth.

    MBA Director, Bocconi

    Stefano Pogutz is Director of the MBA at SDA Bocconi school of management and Researcher at the Department of Management at Bocconi University. His research and teaching activities focus on corporate sustainability, environmental management, CSR, ESG, social entrepreneurship, green management and economy, technology and innovation management. His research has been published in books and journals including Ecological Economics, Organization & Environment, Business Strategy and the Environment, the Journal of Business Ethics. Since 2018 he has been head of the Scientific Committee of the One Ocean Foundation.

    Research for Corporate and Financial Institutions Director & Management Professor, Bocconi

    Paola Cillo is a Professor of Management at Bocconi University and Director of Research for Corporate and Financial Institutions at SDA Bocconi. She is also Academic Director of the Concentration in Luxury Business Management of the MBA program at SDA Bocconi and a member of the Gucci Research Lab – funded by Gucci at Bocconi University for research on innovation in creative organizations. Her teaching and research focuses on creativity and new product development, the dynamics of innovation and the use of big data in innovation and marketing. She has published in leading international journals, such as Journal of Marketing, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Research Policy and European Management Journal.

    Nico Valenti Gatto
    Operating Director, Bocconi

    Nico started his career in Milan in strategy consulting (internationalisation, M&A, data and information management projects) and lecturing at Bocconi University for the Strategy course for international students. He then worked in London as General Manager of a start-up called Hostelmania, an online booking engine for budget accommodation.

    His next experience was at Edenred, a multinational b2b, b2c and b2b2c prepaid services company. Here he was Market Development Manager and then Head of Innovation, in London first then at HQ in Paris.

    Prior to becoming Operating Director of Bocconi For Innovation, Nico worked in Paris as Principal – Business Development for Partech Partners, a VC with offices in Paris, San Francisco, Berlin and Dakar. During this time, he also gained experience as a small angel investor.

    Nico has an international experience, having worked for 4 ½ years in Milan, 6 ½ in London and 6 ½ in Paris. He graduated from Bocconi University, Milan, and has an MBA, with Distinction, from Cass Business School, London.

    Davide Ghiglione is an FT reporter based in Rome. He covers Italian politics, economy and society. Before joining the FT, he worked in London for the Associated Press as a producer and reporter. He worked on the international desk and the Latin America desk before moving on to the UK bureau, where he mainly covered Brexit.
