    Konstantin graduated with First Class Honours in International Business from Maastricht University and Universidad de Buenos Aires. At university he co-founded the startup Younico, where he raised a round, built a first layer of customers, but failed failed to find product-market fit. Upon graduation he joined AlphaSights in London, a global venture funded scale-up that regularly ranks as one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. In 2018 Konstantin joined Seedstars International as the second employee. Over the past years he invested in 60+ companies across 25+ countries and currently leads the investment activities across Africa and Asia.

    Shawn is an Investment Professional at DOB Equity, one of the leading impact investors in East Africa, and leads the firm’s efforts in the digital financial infrastructure space as well as building out its presence in Uganda. Shawn has a wealth of valuable experience as he has worked on both sides of the table. Prior to joining DOB Equity, Shawn was part of the corporate investment team of an international mining company in Africa, and most recently he was part of the core executive team at one of the fastest growing start-ups in Europe and was responsible for fund raising. Shawn holds a double master’s degree in international management from the Erasmus University and the Copenhagen School of Business.

    Dama Sathianathan (she/her) is a partner at Bethnal Green Ventures (BGV), Europe’s leading early-stage tech for good VC, backing ambitious founders using technology to tackle pressing social and environmental challenges at scale. At BGV, she leads on community and networks, driving BGV’s efforts to act with integrity on diversity, equity and inclusion and fuel the wider tech for good movement across the UK. Dama previously worked for international NGOs using digital and data for good and has a background in international relations and global development. She’s also a Trustee at Chayn, a non-profit building open-source products and services for survivors of gender-based violence and domestic abuse.
