    Caitlin oversees growth of the FT’s minibrands – vertically focused content propositions built across platforms. She has a background in technology, having worked in commercial leadership at two media focused start-ups, Trint and Hearken. Prior to that, she worked across APAC and EMEA in business development for Bloomberg and the New York Times.

    She has a strong background in growing businesses across platforms, regions and industries and leveraging connections in diverse media environments in order to maximize opportunity and drive growth.

    Aleksandra Torbica
    Department of Social & Political Sciences Associate Professor, Bocconi

    Aleksandra Torbica is Associate Professor at the Department of Social & Political Sciences at Bocconi and Director of CERGAS Bocconi – the Centre for Research on Health and Social Care Management. In 2020 she was nominated Special Advisor to the Chair of the Pan-European Commission on Health and Sustainable Development to rethink policy priorities in the light of pandemics established by the WHO Regional Office for Europe. Her research interests revolve around analyzing the economic evaluation of healthcare programs; Health Technology Assessment (HTA); the governance of healthcare systems and evaluation of public policy and programs.

    Head of Scientific Affairs & Innovation Networks, NOMIS Foundation

    Rubén G. Santos is Head of Scientific Affairs and Innovation Networks at the NOMIS Foundation.

    Santos specializes in business development, strategic partnerships and external affairs. Prior to joining NOMIS he spent over 15 years at leading companies and organizations in the healthcare and life sciences industry and the international development sector. Among others, he has worked for the NHS, Novo Nordisk, Hoffmann La Roche, and the United Nations. Since 2020, he has been a Global Fellow in the Sustainability In the Digital Age initiative.

    He holds an MSc in International Healthcare Management, Economics and Policy from SDA Bocconi School of Management, and executive education in Strategy, Digital Transformation, Innovation and Sustainability from IMD Business School, Harvard Business School and the University of Cambridge.

    His interests include accelerating discovery and insight-to-impact processes, entrepreneurship, and strategic alliances at the intersection of global health, science and technology, and sustainability.
